The Business Process Management Model will draw together our front-office and back-office processes to deliver an integrated and quality service system for clients, staff, members, partners, Board, funders and other stakeholders.

  •  Darumbal Operational Plan 2009-2010
  •  Individual Service Portfolio Operational Plans 2010
  •  Darumbal Policies & Procedures e.g. Human Resource Manual, Governance Manual, Finance Manual, Client Services Manual, Cultural Work Plan,  Risk Management Manual, Administration & Information Technology Manuals.

These strategic and operational documents will require the input of clients and other stakeholders and we will be seeking your comments and feedback throughout the year.
