Whats ahead in 2010
Darumbal is reviewing and implementing a number of initiatives driven by our Business Process Management (BPM) Model. The BPM Model is focused on the development and delivery of the organisations programs and services with the wants and needs of clients. In unison with our motto for 2010 which is Quality Excellence Service Darumbal will promote innovation, flexibility, consistency, compliance and a holistic service delivery approach. Included in our BPM Model will be approaches aimed at raising efficiency and effectiveness of the processes that already exist within Darumbal and extending to incorporate our business partners.
The Business Process Management Model will draw together our front-office and back-office processes to deliver an integrated and quality service system for clients, staff, members, partners, Board, funders and other stakeholders.
Key documents in our Business Process Management (BPM) Model are
- Darumbal Constitution
- Darumbal Strategic Plan 2010-2013
- Darumbal Operational Plan 2009-2010
- Individual Service Portfolio Operational Plans 2010
- Darumbal Policies & Procedures e.g. Human Resource Manual, Governance Manual, Finance Manual, Client Services Manual, Cultural Work Plan, Risk Management Manual, Administration & Information Technology Manuals.
These strategic and operational documents will require the input of clients and other stakeholders and we will be seeking your comments and feedback throughout the year.
Keep checking into this website for information on the way in which your valuable assistance can help in constructing our core documents.

Welcome to 2010-A Year of Quality Excellence Service for Darumbal Community Youth Service Inc.
Its been interesting to watch all of the discussion about what to call this decade. If the last one was the Noughties what might this one be? Some say tweenies; twenties; whatever it is called lets hope its filled with heaps of enjoyment and that we all take the time to remember what really matters.
Here at Darumbal Community Youth Service we are ready for a full-on year. The motto for us this year is “Quality Excellence Service”. Our aim is to be a service that offers excellence and quality in all that we do. We will not take on the additional workload that we have done in years gone by but what we do will be given our full 100% and the outcomes that we deliver will be 100% in response to the needs of clients, stakeholders and our values and vision.
We will be calling upon our supporters, members, partners and clients to help us to deliver on our Quality Excellence Service motto.
Your feedback and comments are valued and appreciated and we look forward to hearing from you.
